Woven Paintings
These collaborative woven paintings are made by drying paint on glass and then weaving it together. Jon & Nicole use a variety of different paints (acrylic, latex, oil), and the dried paint is scraped and used as the weft of the woven structure to different effect. Sometimes they combine mixed media with the paint, but all have been made on a maycomber floor loom with cotton or wool warps. Please email Jon Sisti for pricing details!

A Video Rental and Weed Dispensary multimedia installation realized as a pop-up shop in Hoboken, NJ in 2016.
Jars: Cotton batting wrapped in cotton string dipped in acrylic latex paint,
dried and colored with oil pastel before being put in jars of variable sizes.
